  3. LND type (National Standard Code CD86 type) LND type aluminum electrolytic capacitor, used in - 55 ° environment (- 55 ℃), cylindrical type, metal shell, one-way lead out, with insulation coat, polarity, ultra-low temperature aluminum electrolytic capacitor is suitable for outdoor circuit breakers, intelligent permanent magnet vacuum switches.
  4. Precautions for use of aluminum electrolytic capacitor:
1. During the installation of components, in order to carry out spot check on the capacitor and measure the electrical performance, except the removed capacitor, please do not use the capacitor installed in the machine through electricity; when the capacitor generates regeneration voltage, it needs to discharge through resistance of about 1K Ω; long-term stored capacitor needs to be pressurized through resistance of about 1K Ω; deformed capacitor should not be installed Loading;
2. When welding, pay attention not to attach the solder outside the terminal; the welding conditions (temperature, time, times) must be in accordance with the specified instructions; do not immerse the capacitor itself in the solder solution
3. The treatment after welding shall not cause toppling, twisting of the capacitor or collision of other objects with the capacitor
4. Do not use detergent to clean the capacitor. However, if it is necessary to clean the capacitor, it must be within the scope specified in the product specification
5. For capacitors that need to be cleaned, the following contents shall be confirmed during cleaning: cleaning agent pollution management (conductivity, pH value, specific gravity, moisture, etc.); after cleaning, they shall not be kept in the environment of cleaning solution and sealed container, and hot air (under the maximum use temperature) shall be used to dry printed circuit board and capacitors, so as to avoid residual cleaning solution components;
6. When using the fixing agent and coating agent, please make sure there is no residual welding residue and dirt between the circuit board and the capacitor; before the adsorption of the fixing agent and coating agent, try not to leave the cleaning ingredients as much as possible, and dry them to make the printing hole not blocked.
